Thank you for choosing Henna Artistry Studio for your henna needs. By booking and receiving services from Henna Artistry Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including a liability waiver. Please read this information carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Henna Usage and Ingredients
Our henna products are sourced from third-party suppliers, including reputable vendors on platforms like Amazon. Henna Artistry Studio does not manufacture the henna paste but ensures the use of natural, safe henna products. However, as we do not control the manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee the exact composition or allergen-free status of these products.
We do not use "black henna" or chemically enhanced products in our henna paste.
If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific medical conditions, please notify us prior to your appointment.
2. Liability Waiver
By booking and receiving henna services from Henna Artistry Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver of liability:
Allergy and Reaction Disclaimer: Henna Artistry Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or medical issues that may arise from the application of henna, as the products are sourced from third-party suppliers. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the artist of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before the service.
Patch Test Recommendation: We recommend a patch test 24 hours before your appointment to check for any adverse skin reactions. This test is optional, but the client assumes full responsibility if they choose not to request one.
Aftercare Responsibility: Aftercare instructions will be provided following the henna application. Henna Artistry Studio is not responsible for the outcome if aftercare instructions are not followed or if the design is altered after leaving the appointment.
3. Sourcing Disclaimer
Our henna is purchased from third-party suppliers on platforms such as Amazon. While we take care to source only high-quality, natural henna, we do not control the production process. Clients with known allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution and inform the artist before proceeding with the service.
4. Service Policy
Refunds: Henna Artistry Studio does not offer refunds once the service has been completed, as henna is a temporary art form, and results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and other factors.
Late Arrivals and Cancellations: Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Clients who are late to their appointments may have reduced service time or may need to reschedule.
5. Health and Safety
We adhere to strict hygiene practices and use fresh henna for every client. Tools and surfaces are sanitized between appointments. However, Henna Artistry Studio is not liable for any illness or injury that may arise from or during the service, including COVID-19 or other contagious conditions.
6. Photography and Social Media
Henna Artistry Studio reserves the right to take photographs of the henna designs for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media). If you prefer not to have your designs photographed or shared, please inform us during the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Henna Artistry Studio’s liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including, but not limited to, loss of enjoyment or inconvenience.
8. Updates to Terms and Conditions
Henna Artistry Studio reserves the right to change, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any such modifications.
9. Agreement
By booking or receiving henna services from Henna Artistry Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also agree to waive any claims against Henna Artistry Studio, its owner, and employees for any risks or liabilities, including allergic reactions, skin irritations, or any other unforeseen circumstances related to the service or the henna products sourced from third-party vendors.
